CSNCalifornia.comALAMEDA -- In their final practice before traveling to Denver for the season opener on Monday night, the Raiders removed their helmets for team drills on Saturday afternoon. They began the non-contact practice donning their helmets but removed them shortly thereafter. It would appear as though the Raiders might have already met their limit of helmeted practices during the week.Drop and give me, um, 10? -- Assistant offensive line coach Steve Wisniewski is only 10 years removed from his playing days. And he showed he's still in some semblance of shape as he dropped on the sidelines and started doing pushups. And no one knew why, exactly.Still out -- The same three players -- receiver Louis Murphy (sports hernia), safety Mike Mitchell (knee) and tight end Kevin Boss (knee) -- were nowhere to be seen during the media window at the start of practice.Meanwhile, and as expected, Brandon Myers was at tight end with the first-team offense as he should start against the Broncos.
