Raiders sign former Packer CB Underwood

A week after cutting Stanford Routt, the Raiders signed a defensive back from new general manager Reggie McKenzie's old haunt on Thursday.Brandon Underwood, a former sixth-round draft pick of the Green Bay Packers who last played in the NFL in 2010, is the newest member of the Raiders secondary.The 6-feet-1, 191-pound Underwood appeared in a combined 23 games in 2009 and 2010, mostly on special teams, and wracked up 21 tackles, including 15 solo. He was cut on Sept. 3, 2011 by the Packers.

Underwood had at least two legal incidents last year, reportedly pleading no contest to a count of prostitution and pleading not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, against his wife.
