Meaning not only that he is probably in the Raiders' plans for the long haul, but that he will most likely be active for the season opener Monday night against San Diego, and that either Denarius Moore (right hamstring) or Jacoby Ford (left foot) is not expected to play against the Chargers. The Hagan signing is the Raiders' fifth move since the initial 53-man roster was announced Friday, along with the acquisitions of defensive back Phillip Adams, linebacker Keenan Clayton, offensive tackle Willie Smith and cornerback Joselio Hanson.
