The Oakland Raiders have signed safety Chinedum Ndukwe,according to the former Bengal's Twitteraccount."I'm excited to announce I JUST signed with the Oakland @Raiders! Looking fwd to playing in RaiderNation," read Ndukwe's tweet.Ndukwe was a 7th round pick in the 2007 draft and has sixcareer interceptions along with 257 tackles.
The Raiders haven't confirmed the signing and would have to cut someone to make room on their roster for Ndukwe.
