MRI confirms sprained ankle for Curry

The Warriors said on Tuesday that Stephen Currys MRIconfirmed the teams original diagnosis of a sprained right ankle. Hes listedas day-to-day for Wednesdays game against the New York Knicks.Curry sprained his anklefor the second time this season in Mondays game against the Chicago Bulls. He left the game early in the fourth quarter and did notreturn.LanceYoung, Currys agent, told USA Today that Curry would sit out Wednesdays gameand that he would not play again until Saturday against the 76ers.
