ALAMEDA -- Receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, who missed Sunday's game at Denver recovering from a concussion and neck strain suffered the week before against Pittsburgh, was back practicing with the Raiders on Tuesday.Heyward-Bey, knocked out and carted off the field after the helmet-to-helmet blow delivered by Ryan Mundy that cost the Steelers safety a 21,000 fine, took part in stretches and drills with the first-team offense during the media window of practice as Oakland began its bye week.Not seen, though, were right tackle Khalif Barnes, who underwent a procedure on Sept. 21 to repair a groin injury, and cornerback Shawntae Spencer, who was still wearing a walking boot on the right foot he sprained on Sept. 16 at Miami.The Raiders practice against Wednesday and then have a CBA-mandated four days off before returning to practice next Monday.
