ALAMEDA -- With one week until the prime time season opener on Monday Night Football against San Diego, the Raiders seem to be getting healthier.Center Stefen Wisniewski, who missed all of the offseason programs while recovering from shoulder surgery and last suited up in the preseason opener on Aug. 13 with a strained right calf, practiced "limited" Monday."But he moved around pretty good," said coach Dennis Allen. "We'll give him a little bit more work tomorrow. I would expect him fine to go practice on (Thursday)."Also, receiver Denarius Moore, who last practiced on Aug. 4 due to a strained right hamstring, "was out running around today, and he's had a couple of good days back to back, so I'm encouraged by that," Allen said. And as far as a cut-off date for Moore to practice to be able to play against the Chargers?"Theres a cut off day for all of us as far as being ready to go," Allen said. "What that day is, I dont know. I want to get him out here and get him practicing and that will determine whether hes going to be ready to play in the game or not."Meanwhile, receiver Jacoby Ford and his left foot he sprained at Arizona on Aug. 17, are "making progress," Allen said. "He's not running yet but he's making progress. So, I'm encouraged, really, by both (Moore and Ford), as far as their rehab is concerned."We'll evaluate that as we go along. But they need some work. I don't know what that day is but we'll know whether they're ready to go or not before the game comes up."Then there's rookie receiver Juron Criner, who was limping around and favoring his right ankle after practice."Yeah, he's got an ankle," Allen said. "I don't really think it's a big deal. He was able to get out and run around pretty well yesterday. He's a little bit more sore today. It's a long time until Monday night, so we'll be fine there."With Criner dinged up, along with Moore and Ford, the only relatively healthy Raiders receivers at the moment are Darrius Heyward-Bey and Rod Streater.Oakland officially practiced Monday for the first time as a 53-man roster with its eight-player practice squad."We just get to work," Allen said. "We've got a job to do, and thats the business of the NFL, getting ready to win games. We didnt have any Kumbaya moments. It was time to roll, so it was good."The Raiders practice Tuesday, are off Wednesday, then practice Thursday, Friday and Saturday before Sunday's closed walk-through to prepare for Monday night's opener.
