ALAMEDA -- For the second consecutive home game, the Raiders have requested, and received, from the NFL an extension until Friday to sell the necessary amount of tickets to avoid a blackout of Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.The Buccaneers and Raiders are both 3-4, with the Raiders riding a two-game winning streak.As noted before, the Raiders have taken advantage of the league's new 85 percent threshold rule so they do not have to sell out every seat in O.co Coliseum, which has the second-smallest listed capacity in the NFL at 63,132, to avoid a local blackout. The announced attendance for the Jaguars game on Oct. 21 was 51,634.The Raiders sold out their first two home games of the season sans an extension -- the opener against the San Diego Chargers on Sept. 10 and against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sept. 23 -- and have a streak of 11 straight non-blacked out games, dating to the 2011 home opener.Oakland has had 60 televised home games and 79 blackouts since returning from Los Angeles in 1995.
