SANTA CLARA -- As the 49ers began preparations Saturday to face the Green Bay Packers in their Week 1 showdown, they got to work with only two outside linebackers and without two wide receivers.Aldon Smith and Ahmad Brooks, the presumptive starters at outside linebacker, are healthy and ready to go. But the same cannot be said for Parys Haralson, who has been out since last week with an undisclosed condition. His status is not known. The 49ers retained only three outside linebackers on their 53-man roster after releasing Ikaika Alama-Francis and Eric Bakhtiari, so the 49ers could be in the market for more depth at that position. Wide receiver Mario Manningham, who attended his grandfather's funeral in Ohio this week, has yet to return to the 49ers. The team is not scheduled to practice Sunday or Monday. And receiverreturn man Ted Ginn remains out with a right ankle sprain.Running back Brandon Jacobs also remains sidelined with a left knee sprain. It's uncertain whether Jacobs or Ginn will be available for the season-opener at Green Bay.
