Bowman, Rogers, Sopoaga limited at practice

SANTA CLARA -- All-Pro linebacker NaVorro Bowman went through limited practice Wednesday with a shoulder injury. He wore a black jersey with signifies he is off-limits for contact.Cornerback Carlos Rogers (ankle) and nose tackle Isaac Sopoaga (knee, ankle) also were limited at practice. Sopoaga returned to the practice field for the first time since sustaining his injuries in the fourth quarter of the 49ers' Week 3 game at the Minnesota Vikings.Running back Brandon Jacobs went through his first full practice since sustaining a left knee sprain on Aug. 18 in an exhibition game against the Houston Texans.The 49ers' practice was highlighted by the appearance of baseball great Willie Mays, who spoke to the team and signed autographs afterward.
Meanwhile, the Bills will be without two starters on the offensive line with rookie left tackle Cordy Glenn and right guard Kraig Urbik out with injuries.49ERS
