Coach Jim Harbaugh canceled his regularly scheduled day-after-game conference call to undergo a follow-up evaluation on the heart procedure he underwent last week, the team announced.On Thursday, Harbaugh underwent a cardiovert to return an irregular heartbeat to normal. He returned to watch practice later that day, and was back at work with no restrictions on Friday. It's a procedure in which paddles that supply an electrical current are used to reset the heart's rhythm back to its regular pattern.The 49ers announced Harbaugh will be available for his Wednesday at noon press conference at the team's practice facility in Santa Clara.
