EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The 49ers rushed for 245 yards with nine different players contributing to the total in the team's 34-0 victory over the New York Jets on Sunday.The 49ers did a good job of spreading the ball around in the run game, and it all began with backup quarterback Colin Kaepernick's early entry into the action.Kaepernick made the most of his four first-half snaps at quarterback with a 17-yard run and a 7-yard touchdown.
