The fourth and final game of the Giants-Reds series was scheduled to begin at 10:10 PT this morning.
After a two-hour and 20 minute rain delay, the game has officially been postponed, and no makeup date has been scheduled yet.
"Unfortunately, the breaks in the weather we expected over the next few hours don't appear to be happening for us," said Reds Chief Operating Officer Phil Castellini. "As much as we were hoping to play, we're not hopeful that we can complete a game with the current forecast. We apologize for the delay and cancellation, but we felt it was in the best interest of both teams, because of the rescheduling conflict, to wait as long as we reasonably could."
