Giants ace Tim Lincecum passed his physical Friday and has officially signed his two-year, 40.5 million deal, CSNBayArea.com has confirmed.
Lincecum verbally agreed to the deal on Tuesday, as Jaymee Sire reported.
The deal includes incentives if Lincecum is awarded a Gold Glove, and All-Star selection, the Cy Young or the MVP.

Lincecum, 27, has been an All-Star in each of his four complete seasons. He is a two-time Cy Young Award winner and author of a 69-41 career record, a 2.98 ERA and 1,127 strikeouts.
