Tied 17-17 in Super Bowl XXXVI, Tom Brady led a drive with less than two minutes to go in the game that left kicker Adam Vinatieri a chance at a 48-yard field goal to win the game. 1. Tyree comes down with itThe Giants were down 14-10 to the Patriots with 1:15 left in Super Bowl XLII when Eli Manning faced a third-and-five near midfield. With the Super Bowl on the line, Manning lobbed a pass to wide receiver David Tyree, who pinned the football against his helmet for a moment and hauled it in for a 32-yard gain. A few plays later, Manning found Plaxico Burress for a touchdown and the eventual Super Bowl title to spoil New England's bid at a perfect 19-0 season.Credit:
