Raiders coach Dennis Allen returned to his alma mater on Thursday to watch Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel conduct his Pro Day audition.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Allen said the Heisman Trophy winner's arm strength is "well above average" and that teams shouldn't be concerned.

But when asked if there was any aspect of Manziel that could be a cause for concern, Allen opened up:

“The biggest thing you have to look at with Johnny, it’s really not as much what you see on the field, but all the other things surrounding him – the media attention, the ‘celebrity’ of Johnny Manziel. Those are all things, as he continues to mature, that he’ll be able to handle. And if he’s able to handle those things and keep them under control, he’s going to have a successful career.”
