The Raiders are coming to the end of another lost season, but NBC analyst Cris Collinsworth believes both Reggie McKenzie and Dennis Allen shouldn't get the ax after the season.
Q: The Raiders, they will have a lot of cap space this off-season. Should they clean house or should they give Reggie McKenzie and Dennis Allen one more year to see if what they can do?
A: Absolutely one more year, or a couple more years. The Raiders are a little bit like the Washington Redskins, the Redskins were hit with salary cap fines for the last two years so you couldnt really see what they could be. The Raiders were limited to the salary cap structure that was in need of great repair when these guys came in and took over. i think they finally cleaned that up. It will be fair to judge the Raiders organization over the next two years. It's not been fair with they have done cap wise in the last couple.
