The Raiders haven't declared interest in recently released quarterback Josh Freeman. While it's uncertain if Freeman is on the Raiders' radar, Freeman sure hopes they are. According to this tweet posted by 95.7 FM, Freeman complimented the Raiders in a text to someone at their station:

Freeman, who has 13,534 career passing yards, 80 touchdowns and 66 interceptions, was released Thursday after a public rift with the Buccaneers. While he's struggled mightily over the last calendar year, Freeman's talents remain valued commodity among teams without a star quarterback.
