List: Ranking Raiders' 2016 free agents

With Jack Del Rio taking over, the young Raiders showed plenty of promise this season, but fell short of the playoffs with a 7-9 record. 

Heading into the 2016 offseason, Oakland will be looking to revamp its roster in order to make the necessary leap. That could well start with decisions on bringing back or letting go of their own free agents. 

The following is a list of the Raiders' free agents, ranked by their grade, according to advanced statistics provider Pro Football Focus.

The Raiders have a total of 19 free agents -- 13 unrestricted compared to six restricted. 

Penn, 32, is the Raiders' highest-graded free agent after his second season in Oakland. He also received the third-highest grade for all free agent offensive tackles.

Webb, 27, started all 16 games for the Raiders in his first season with the Silver and Black, but finished as their lowest-graded unrestricted and overall free agent. Lotulelei, 24, is the team's highest-graded restricted free agent, while Thorpe, 25, received the lowest grade for restricted free agents.
