CHARLOTTE -- Raiders middle linebacker Rolando McClain is inactive for the second consecutive week since being reinstated from his two-game unpaid suspension for "conduct detrimental" to the team.

Defensive tackle Richard Seymour, who was already declared out with a hamstring injury on Friday, is also inactive, along with rookie receiver Juron Criner, who was on the injury report with a hip issue.

The rest of the Raiders inactives for the Carolina game as healthy scratches, then: running back Jeremy Stewart, defensive end Dave Tollefson and offensive linemen Lucas Nix and Willie Smith.

The Panthers inactives: quarterback Jimmy Clausen, receiver David Gettis, running back Jonathan Stewart, linebacker James Anderson, offensive linemen Geoff Hangartner and Haysworth Hicks and defensive tacle Sione Fua.
