POLL: Should Raiders offer Crabtree multi-year extension?

Share

The Raiders have found offensive life after years of ineptitude.

A rebuilt offensive line, along with Derek Carr, Amari Cooper and coordinator Bill Musgrave has helped the makeover tremendously.

But one bright spot especially has been veteran receiver Michael Crabtree, who signed a one-year deal with Oakland this past offseason.

Crabtree has been lauded for his productivity on the field, as well as his leadership off of it.

He has 61 receptions for 715 yards and six touchdowns through 11 games, putting him on track to achieve his second 1,000-yard campaign of his career.

If Crabtree hits the mark, he'll also be the first Raiders receiver to record 1,000 yards receiving since Randy Moss in 2005.

Crabtree, who will turn 29 years old at the beginning of next season, is set to become a free agent after this year.

Now the question is, do the Raiders lock Crabtree up as Cooper's partner in crime, or look to the draft or free agency for another long-term option?
