OAKLAND – Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor is officially out for Sunday afternoon’s game against the Washington Redskins. He was listed among the team’s inactives six days after suffering a concussion against the Denver Broncos.
Pryor was slated to start, but he experienced concussion-like symptoms late Saturday night that prompted the Raiders to change plans. Matt Flynn will start in Pryor’s place.
The Raiders will also play without defensive end Jason Hunter (quadriceps) and left guard Lucas Nix (ankle), starters who were listed as questionable on the team’s official injury report. Brian Sanford will start for Hunter and Andre Gurode will start for Nix.
Guard Antoine McClain, receiver Juron Criner, safety Tyvon Branch and tackle Menelik Watson were also ruled inactive.
