ALAMEDA – Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor said a left knee sprained on Sunday wasn’t a big deal. On Wednesday, he proved it.
Pryor participated in drills during the open portion of practice, which consists of individual work and some team sets.
While Pryor didn’t skip a beat, Darren McFadden is back on the shelf. He did not practice due to a hamstring strain suffered during Sunday’s loss to Philadelphia. It was the same hamstring that sidelined him earlier this season.
Receiver Rod Streater (hip) was back at practice despite a Sunday injury. So was guard/center Andre Gurode, who missed two games with a quadriceps strain.
Tackles Tony Pashos (hip) and Matt McCants (toe) didn’t practice, suggesting that rookie Menelik Watson could make his first NFL start next week at the New York Giants. Receiver Juron Criner (shoulder) did not work, and had his arm in a sling.
