The Raiders have a change of plans at quarterback and will start Matt Flynn against the Redskins, an NFL source confirmed Sunday morning.

Flynn will make his first start since Jan. 1, 2012.

Pryor was cleared for full contact on Friday and passed a voluntary, team-administered concussion test on Saturday, but showed concussion symptoms later in the evening that prompted the team to reverse field and start Flynn.
