Friday: 4:18 p.m. -- Vance Walker agrees to deal with Chiefs

Friday, 4:15 p.m. -- Raiders sign former 49ers CB Tarell Brown


Thursday, 7:15 p.m. -- Free agent left tackle Donald Penn visited the Raiders

Thursday, 3:30 p.m. -- Raiders sign LaMarr Woodley to two-year deal

Thursday, 12:15 p.m. -- Raiders announce signing of Justin Tuck

Thursday, 11:05 a.m. -- Justin Tuck, Lamarr Woodley and Jason Hatcher are back at Raiders headquarters, according to Vic Tafur.

Thursday, 10:45 a.m. -- Raiders free agent cornerback Tracy Porter has agreed to terms with the Redskins and will sign a contract pending a physical.

Thursday, 10:45 a.m. -- Raiders free agent defensive tackle Pat Sims will visit the Tennessee Titans, according to Jim Wyatt of the Nashville Tennessean.

Thursday, 8:00 a.m. -- Rodger Saffold signed a five-year, $31.7 million contract with the Rams that includes $19.5 million guaranteed, according to Adam Schefter.


Wednesday, 7:15 p.m. -- The Raiders announced Rodger Saffold failed his physical, nullifying the five-year, $42 million contract that was on the table.

Wednesday, 2:15 p.m. -- Reports indicate Houston defensive lineman Antonio Smith will visit the Raiders. The team also has interest in Bears defensive tackle Henry Melton. 

Wednesday, 11:26 a.m. -- Charlotte Observer reports that Raiders could be a landing spot for WR Steve Smith.

Wednesday, 11:17 a.m. -- NFL Network reports that DT Jason Hatcher will visit the Raiders late Tuesday.

Wednesday, 10:07 a.m. -- ESPN reports that CB Terrell Thomas and RB Andre Brown will also visit the Raiders.

Wednesday, 10:04 a.m. -- CSN Bay Area confirms the Raiders have an offer on the table for DT Vance Walker, but the veteran will scan free-agent market. 

Wednesday, 7:24 a.m. -- ESPN reports DE Justin Tuck and OLB Lamarr Woodley will visit the Raiders later today. 


Tuesday, 9:45 p.m. -- ReportsRaiders strike deal with RT Austin Howard.

Tuesday, 9:30 p.m. -- Source reveals complete contract terms for OL Rodger Saffold. 

Tuesday, 9:21 p.m. -- Source reveals that Raider expect new OL Rodger Saffold will play left tackle.

Tuesday, 9:11 p.m. -- New York Daily News reports that RT Austin Howard agrees to contract terms with Raiders. Later learned to be five year, $30 million ($15 million guaranteed).

Tuesday, 8:30 p.m. -- NFL Network reveals the CB Tracy Porter visiting the NY Giants on Tuesday night.

Tuesday, 3:30 p.m. -- ESPN reports that Raiders have been discouraged from pursuing a trade for Tampa Bay star CB Derrelle Revis.

Tuesday, 2:43 p.m. -- New York Daily News reports that free agent right tackle Austin Howard will visit the Raiders.

Tuesday, 2:31 p.m. -- A source confirms to CSN Bay Area running back Darren McFadden signs a one-year, $4 million contract to stay with the Raiders.

Tuesday, 2:17 p.m. -- Running back Rashad Jennings tweets that he will leave the Raiders in favor of the New York Giants.

Tuesday, 1:15 p.m. -- Raiders sign offensive lineman Rodger Saffold to five-year deal reportedly worth $42.5 million.

Tuesday, 1:12 p.m. -- Lamarr Houston agrees to terms with Chicago Bears on five-year deal reportedly worth $35 million.

Tuesday, 1:10 p.m. -- Jared Veldheer agrees to terms with Arizona Cardinals on five-year deal reportedly worth $37.5.

Tuesday, 12:15 p.m. -- Raiders reported to be pursuing Darrelle Revis, who is on the Buccaneers' trading block.


With the NFL free-agent signing period set to begin at 1 p.m. (PT), the Raiders have work to do; general manager Reggie McKenzie reminded us back in January that the Raiders have needs, "with an 'S.'"
