The Raiders ramped up their offseason program on Monday, the first day that on-field workouts were allowed.

The second phase of the offseason program lasts three weeks and allows for on-field instruction with individual instruction and drills. The team can practice though offense vs. defense drills are prohibited. There is no live contact of any kind.

Prior to Monday, the Raiders were in a conditioning phase. Strength and conditioning coaches conducted those activities.

There is a third phase to the offseason program that includes organized team activities and a mandatory minicamp.

Phase three is highlighted by these practice dates:

Organized Team Activities: May 27-28, May 30, June 2-3, June 5, June 9-12
Rookie minicamp: May 16-18
Mandatory minicamp: June 17-19
