The Raiders signed their trio of seventh-round draft picks on Tuesday afternoon. They inked cornerback T.J. Carrie, who was selected No. 219 overall in the 2014 NFL draft, defensive end Shelby Harris (No. 235) and safety Jonathan Dowling (No. 247) to four-year contracts.
The contract values are slotted in a rookie wage scale, with compensation based on draft order. According to spotrac.com, Carrie will make $2.28 million over the life of of his contract. Harris will make $2.27 million and Dowling is set to make $2.26 million.
The Raiders signed first-round pick Khalil Mack last week. The No. 5 overall selection remains the highest draft pick to sign his rookie deal.
