ALAMEDA -- Raiders receiver Rod Streater was back at practice on Tuesday morning, just four days after suffering a concussion during Friday’s exhibition against Chicago.
Streater passed a battery of tests on Monday before returning to work, as is required by the NFL-mandated post-concussion protocol.
Streater was injured after making an acrobatic play. Streater came back to the ball when quarterback Terrelle Pryor scrambled across the backfield, jumped and through an arching pass the second-year pro secured in the air. He took a heavy hit, was treated on the field and did not return to the game.
Streater is expected to play in Thursday’s exhibition against Seattle.
