Raiders WR Amari Cooper buys mother dream home, new car

Amari Cooper draws some big paychecks. The 2015 No. 4 overall pick and two-time Pro Bowl receiver isn’t keeping it all to himself.

The Raiders receiver took care of the person who took care of him growing up, and bought his mother a house and a car. Cooper honored his mother Michelle Green publicly in a Tuesday Instagram post, with a picture of her in front of a beautiful home and a new SUV.

“I grew up in the projects, we didn't even own a car,” Cooper wrote in his post. “The whole story is way too long and melancholic, but just know a dream can go a long way if it's followed by faith and hard work. It took us 20+ years but now my mother has the house and car of her dreams. You deserve it mama, I love you.”
