With Philip Wheeler now in Miami and Rolando McClain potentially on the way out, signing linebackers has been a top priority for the Oakland Raiders.
After signing Nick Roach on Friday and Kaluka Maiava on Wednesday, the Raiders are showing interest in former Miami Dolphins linebacker Kevin Burnett, according to a report on ESPN.com.
The eight-year veteran was released by Miami on Tuesday.

Burnett was in on 109 tackles (80 solo) and recorded two and a half sacks during the 2012 season.

Drafted by Dallas in the second round in 2005, Burnett spent four seasons with the Cowboys before moving on the Chargers for two years. He played the last two seasons with the Dolphins.
