ORLANDO, Fla. -- A timetable for Terrelle Pryor’s departure from the Raiders is starting to emerge.

According to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports, teams have put “feelers” out regarding Pryor to gauge the trade market value for an athletic, albeit inconsistent quarterback who wants out of Oakland.

A league source told CSNBayarea.com that Pryor’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, expressed his client’s desire to be released or traded in late January, at the Senior Bowl.

The Raiders are in no immediate rush to part with Pryor given the lack of team activities in the near future. General manager Reggie McKenzie and Pryor are expected to talk about the future in the coming days.

The Raiders would obviously prefer to trade Pryor but, if a market doesn’t emerge, they are prepared to release him. Marvez reports that the Raiders would cut Pryor in April. It's expected before April 21, when Raiders offseason workouts are allowed to begin.

Pryor ranks below Matt Schaub and Matt McGloin on the Raider depth chart, and cited a desire to start in his request to leave.
