The NFL-mandated deadline to have rosters cut down to 53 players was at 3 p.m. PT this afternoon. And while there is no reason to believe the Raiders missed it, almost two-and-a-half hours later, they had not made their cuts public. -

The Raiders will open the regular season without having tasted victory in the preseason, as the silver and black fell to the Seattle Seahawks 20-3. The one positive from Friday night -- no significant injuries. -

Jacoby Ford, who broke his left hand on July 30 in the first padded practice of camp, got his first preseason action of the season.
