The Raiders have announced that RB Michael Bush has joined the team in Napa, though it is unclear if he signed his one-year, 2.6 million tender or if he and the Raiders agreed to a long-term contract.

With the players union re-certifying itself and voting to ratify the new Collective Bargaining Agreement early Thursday afternoon, the Raiders had a larger complement of players at their disposal.
