In Game 82, the Sharks face the Kings with playoff implications on the line. It's a rematch of Thursday's thrilling 6-5 Sharks win in which Ryane Clowe left his mark on the game -- and on the faces of multiple Kings.

PREVIEW: Sharks-Kings -- What to watch for

The chippy play isn't something Clowe and the Sharks are backing down from.

They just play a hard, good style. I dont think there will be much difference, Clowe said. Theres still a lot on the line and an opportunity to win the division. Weve been playing that way for awhile, weve had to play that sort of playoff hockey style to have an opportunity to get into the playoffs. Weve been playing that way and playing well, and I dont see that changing.

Clowe finished Thursday's win with a Gordie Howe hat trick, recording a goal, an assist and two fights. He boxed with Matt Greene in the first period and Kyle Clifford in the second.

Then, to add insult to injury, Clowe made a play you don't often see in the NHL. While standing on the bench in a 5-5 game with under three minutes to play, Clowe reached his stick onto the ice and disrupted a streaking Jarret Stoll.

Clowe was remorseful for the play afterward, and called it a "brain cramp."

He was asked if he expects to be targeted at all after his now-infamous play from the bench.

I doubt it. If I get targeted, Im more than willing and ready, he said.
