The Sharks and Kings will open up their first round playoff series on Thursday at SAP Center, the NHL revealed on Sunday evening.

There will be a two-day break before Game 2 in San Jose on Sunday, before the series shifts to Staples Center on Tuesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 24.
