Whether the Warriors will ever return to their status as perennial championship contenders remains to be seen.
But through 10 games this season, Golden State is on pace to finish 43-29, which would most certainly put the Warriors in the Western Conference playoffs at season’s end. Then again, it has only been 10 games.
Experts around the country are noticing the uptick in the Warriors’ production lately, as the team has gone 4-2 on its current homestand. Golden State has won in style, too, mounting an impressive comeback against the Los Angeles Clippers and fending off a late surge from the Toronto Raptors in the past two contests.

Steph Curry remains the league’s second-leading scorer at 28.6 points per game entering play on Monday, while his supporting cast looks better by the day.
Andrew Wiggins is blossoming with the Warriors, the second unit is a strength, Damion Lee looks like a bona fide shooter, Eric Paschall is efficient and there’s still plenty of room for Kelly Oubre Jr. and James Wiseman to improve. Draymond Green’s return to the team has also coincided with recent success, and his fire and leadership can’t be understated.
