Klay impressed by his dad's tweet lauding Curry family

The Curry family is known for its shooting prowess, and Steph and Seth currently are playing better than ever.

Steph, of course, is considered the greatest shooter of all time. His brother, Seth currently plays for the Philadelphia 76ers and is second in the NBA in 3-point percentage. Their father, Dell, was a 16-year NBA sharpshooter.

Steph’s teammate Klay Thompson, is a similar marksman. Klay's dad Mychal knows not to let up on a Curry -- and knows when to send a fire tweet about it.

Klay thought it was #abouttime Mychal, a two-time NBA champion himself, devised a good quip in under 280 characters, but it makes perfect sense.

Steph is playing the “best basketball” of his career, but his brother is doing quite well also.

Seth’s currently is averaging 12.8 points per game on 50 percent shooting from the field, as well as from 3-point land. Steph recently shouted him out after his numbers showed Seth was on his way to becoming the first member ever of 50/50/100 club on Tuesday.

Steph, immediately after dropping 40 points on the Orlando Magic on Thursday, went to the locker room also watched Seth hit a clutch 3-pointer for the 76ers.

And Dell, the guy could shoot too -- 45.7 percent from the field and in 1999, he led the league in 3-point shooting.

Just … don’t leave a Curry open -- any of them.
