A trio of Sacramento legends are headed for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Chris Webber, Rick Adelman and Yolanda Griffith all have been named to the Class of 2021, the Hall announced Sunday morning.

Webber was the No. 1 pick by the Orlando Magic in the 1993 NBA Draft, but was immediately traded to the Warriors for Anfernee Hardaway and three future first-round picks. He averaged 17.5 points and 9.1 rebounds per game his first season with the Warriors, earning Rookie of the Year honors. But Webber only lasted one season with the Warriors.

Golden State traded Webber to the Washington Bullets for Tom Gugliotta and three first-round picks, where he made one All-Star Game. In May 1998, the Bullets traded Webber to the Kings, where he turned into a star.

Webber made four straight All-Star Games in Sacramento. Over seven seasons with the Kings, he averaged 23.5 points, 10.6 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game. He was a five-time All-Star and five-time All-NBA selection.

Adelman is the ninth-winningest coach in NBA history. He coached the Warriors for two season before taking over in Sacramento, where he changed everything for the Kings. In eight seasons coaching the Kings, Adelman had a 395-229 record and went 34-35 in the playoffs.

He has 1,042 career wins.

Griffith was the No. 2 pick in the 1999 WNBA Draft by the Sacramento Monarchs. She played nine of her 11 pro seasons in Sacramento. In nine seasons with the Monarchs, he was a seven-time All-Star and was named the 1999 WNBA MVP.

She averaged 14.4 points and 8.1 rebounds per game in Sacramento.

All three will be remembered in Sacramento, and basketball history forever.
