Steph Curry listed as questionable before Warriors take on Clippers

OAKLAND -- Stephen Curry has played in each of the Warriors’ 46 games this season, but that could change soon.

The team announced Friday afternoon that the back-to-back MVP is listed as “questionable” for the nationally televised game against the Clippers late Saturday afternoon at Oracle Arena.

Curry is receiving treatment for “left lateral quad soreness” in hopes of being able to play. He is averaging 24.6 points, 6.2 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game.

If Curry is unavailable, coach Steve Kerr likely will insert veteran Shaun Livingston into the starting lineup.

Curry last season missed only two games with injury before sustaining two separate injuries that put him out of the lineup for six games in the postseason.
