14 things you didn't know about slopestyle snowboarder Chas Guldemond...

1. Chas Guldemond was born on April 22, 1987. He grew up in Laconia, New Hampshire.

2. Began on skis, but picked up snowboarding at age eight because his dad and brother were snowboarders. First began on Gunstock Mountain in Gilford, New Hampshire, then switched to Waterville Valley at age 14. When he was 13, met his current coach, U.S. slopestyle coach Bill Enos, at a trampoline camp – a camp from which he was expelled for spying on girls.

3. He currently splits time between Tahoe and Encinitas, both in California.

4. Owns two dogs, Lucy, a pitbull mix, and Tucker, a shiba inu.
