All right thanks guys and that we do have Travis Ishikawa in. Travis the first thing -- as she is for that extended period of time you did not see much action. Bang you start to get some playing time how did you manage to keep your swing and when you were playing so much. Just a lot of prayer actually. You know -- lot of trust and -- You know continue to work hard every day -- you know going to the ballpark knowing. You know probably not get a start but the team and emulator on in the game with a pinch hitter defense though. You know going in every day. Just preparing to pinch hitter or play defense whatever they need -- to do that night me and had it dawned on you that when your being successful as a pinch hitter that that might not be a good thing. There a guy was tell me joked around saying you know you better cool it down then maybe make a career of and in LA side of my response that was you know 1015 years like I'll probably have a right now. You know I wanna play so let you know just what you with my situation I had to make the best of it and and help the team everywhere possibly -- I was talk to your best -- -- one. Hit her the other game that was very significant deducted two runs against you Levon Hernandez who's not an easy got to figure out he's a softball or what was your approach. Just try to -- the ball to strike zone ticket. Good swing in hand both like to do something successful and got him for that changeup -- broke my bathroom I was fortunate to stay through and find the ball. -- the other Wednesday. He's the big sit in the eighth did you -- night -- fits together those little harder. Yeah you know he throws hard remember face them when they're at our place earlier in the year. And I knew we had a good fastball gets flatter yourself. If -- that to a slider kind of failure to come back -- -- just kind of hung it just enough for me to get get barrel on it. And -- right in the outfield. Well you've become a great story you that a big part of the success road trip you guys finish seventh for this road trip do you feel about your first half of the team. I think we made a lot of good strides and we've had our struggles had our ups and downs you know gone into the all star break in on a good note. It's opened up well at home to play well for so you know hopefully have a good few days off come back ready to play on Thursday I what do you do for the break. Augustin spent time with the kids and the Stanley just enjoy life. Barbecue baby that's right. I think Trevor all right thank you get.
