Raiders Wide Receiver Chaz Schilens is optimistic his foot is healed and he's ready to help his team make plays in week six against the Eagles.

Iron -- another Raiders news -- wide receiver -- -- returned to practice Wednesday any limited capacity and says he's optimistic the broken bone in his foot has healed enough that they'll be able to play Sunday. Nonetheless it's been a long road to recovery longer even on the wideout anticipated. I can't really control how how the bones been human and you know the progress my foot I just. How to stay positive it's it's been it's been a rough road for me and see in the team go through what we are going through right now but -- can do is keep positive out of myself than when I get back up third try to.
