Obviously this is game number 159 on the season with mr. become a sinker ball pitcher BA still managed to hit let's see five. 1013 balls in the air by no outs in the air what is that is that a matter of teenagers that lack of deep counts -- attention until the point what is that. Well you guys wanna give I think the pitchers. Their proper credit in the starting pitching for Seattle. It was very good in the series and I think they deserve a lot of credit I do think you having the a's have played at a very high level for a long time oh really almost the entire second half. It could be that some of the guys are starting -- -- Not an excuse I just think -- that's just what I'm seeing would have. You -- well I think with a good fastball and the big fly by Jack Cust vindication -- -- withdrawn 93 not a -- one hour fastball that went opposite field with a home run but. -- I think what -- city you get a little bit. Sluggish with the bat you get five walls -- to the line drives or ground balls and as a result there are a lot of a fly ball outs is the case last night moral did it. As well and tonight the same thing with -- so it's. It's just trying to grind it out get down the end of the season and then I don't know if you guys are thinking about it. But you can see a little bit in the way they're swinging the bat they're not as aggressive and a lot of that could be just the end of the season and again credit to pitching staff that's throws very hard this bullpen got the Mariners they come and they throw hard and the pictures we saw last night tonight both guys throw very hard and maybe -- give them some credit because they they did pitch well. -- -- disappointing about tonight's game though love Brett Anderson -- went five innings. But. Gave up four runs three of them -- Adam Kennedy mr. ground ball if you makes the play inning is over it. You know then you start saying well look at the final score it do so three unearned runs tonight you made one mistake. Mike Sweeney came through in the in the marriage really capitalized on the one mistake by the athletic in the. To last started did what against Texas but he gave up three runs only one earned bed and as guys put up that no fifty -- runs this year what has been on the bouncy tied up the defense. You would have missed at least what -- because he threw another 1213 pitches after a the air which opened the door so those little things I'm sure will be corrected for next year especially defensively -- Those guys continue to pitch well they're gonna get a lot of these wins as the losses and too many other -- -- guys back to the studio we love Safeco Field it's one of our favorite ball party for Brady because we are gonna get that got here -- -- and beat them. You're at Safeco this year so we are ready to --
