-- -- -- -- I really look. A team that's building something trying to become something working every day I am most impressed what our players retention. And the effort and as the head coach that's what you look for that your team is working in these guys they're giving me everything they got and I can be more pleased what they're trying to accomplish. Buick Open -- You get pretty physical under the -- like. Well you've got to know -- give -- the name of the game and you know we're gonna. This team doesn't go in the bully you know I can't. All of a sudden just walk out there on Sunday Monday or Thursday and say we we got to learn how to become one and I think our guys understand it's a contact sport. We got lineup every now and then and then run into each other. And. And He gave you. First day of -- and in -- didn't want -- motor running the same time you don't want her to -- -- that. No doubt I mean I can't tell Jimmy there is I mean there is I thought to it as a process to. And I have to monitor what the other coaches to make sure that we're getting enough work done that we are doing the physical part of it but also trying to make sure that we keep a healthy football. And I think we're doing a good job of that obviously there's always will be minor nicks and bumps and bruises that you go. But nothing that get us out of the ordinary so we'll just keep going and I'll keep a running total in my mind about exactly how much of that we're doing what we have to do you know we're going to be. I keep saying what we want to become I think players understand our coaches doing. Quite -- hardest. And -- -- Went and that inspire you like about him. Well I mean I've done a lot of myself an -- and a lot of videotape study you know as you guys that we need to add some arms this this team. Watching him work -- was at Buffalo Jacksonville. He has some characteristics that I look for the quarterback and have an opportunity to sit down and talk to him. He was what I was looking for me he's a big. Strong physical guy who controlled the ball very intelligent loves football very passionate about the game. You mean he's a gym -- He likes to go and study from morning to night in its important and I he's looking for an opportunity and we're pleased that has not. Its second year He had a pretty solid year was considered one of the better young quarterbacks we've had a couple concussions -- you have to rest of the way his team. He hit it dead at that time. Duo -- At that time off has done is motivate them. He wasn't coming in and compete. And again I'm trying to build something -- hours a lot of competition guys compete not so much for the starting job Jason Campbell starting quarterback. But we need to continue to get better every aspect of what to. Absolutely absolutely so but you know what going there and I mean Q and those two very veteran quarterback that's played this week at the very comfortable and very happy -- -- And I'm looking forward to watch him work with in Washington via. -- -- It was cute you. Because that's how -- left for their rights that we sat about tell you we had. No I mean I mean obviously when you check it out it goes back to the same thing our mission it would wouldn't help the players in. Nothing to him he's he's done everything He knows He loses he's just not where He needs to be. You know to compete. On the physical level all the time he'll go back and keep working. You know He just didn't work this -- enough to make. Never know you know I mean who knows that that that might be when Michael about it again but right now at this point is this wasn't the right time. -- Ha. Yes I have to. It is fifteen you still look at him as a as a guy that can go and do different things where you can't keep it. -- -- -- -- note and there's no there's no doubt I mean we don't have. In my opinion. Where John -- play the best five guys you know and we got him a chance -- appeal that -- line and obviously he's done multiple things for me a year ago. But I wanna see him going to be. It's easy to check our offensive line and play tackle like he's played this week. And be a good player will play him anywhere we need to play in the win again. You know and that's questioning themselves. At third. Probably so He simply write him play lefties can play guard who played multiple things well once He gets -- a good chance to see him and we'll put him what we think is best for him. Howard opened as a defensive back position. But I can -- I've flown up early today you they've done. Guys just had a little neck you know again I mean I think that was one of the shoulders. But I mean I think you'll be OK that is major. But still it's not so much that is open on the right things at its best effort out Chris Johnson. They have some young players and we have some old veteran players have been here a year or two there rise enough complain but again this -- they don't keep competing every day and I love. Our young corners dvd mean the guy that is taken reps today -- got some work and obviously -- to check or just a second ago. McFadden and He -- he's out there doing a good job they're out here and that gives him the chance to make this football team it gives us a chance. We'll just again another one of those next you know just just I looked like to me like this thing -- -- -- -- like that but again nothing major. But I had to be fine I mean again this is victory in this is when those things start to show up you know even run in and pounded pretty good and the body's got to get ready for the guys to me have done a great job and I am I'm happy where we are. And that's standpoint we just got to keep keep growing and keep going. We have big -- one on your own creation. Sacked Michael Bush. Yeah. Well marketed to it and budget mean where where oh were working on every day every minute Q&A -- -- this level -- muscles it was a but again this process just you know pride. It's still on going we'll continue. To active players this football team as many as we care. And I know we're going to I think -- -- all said and done moment you guys know that they are a lot like them. So get. -- Here today. Absolutely absolutely. Doesn't -- part of our team just the rules won't let them get out there just yet but we're excited that they hear and can't wait till they get out there. You -- wow what an improvement. What do with a different guy you know -- obviously I wasn't as involved with him that way but I -- you guys a lot more confidence. Really taking command of our defense is the leader of the defense wants that responsibility. Understands that it's time for him to to play like He can play not that He didn't a year ago but He knows that I expect him -- play like they play. The real guys play every day and so He comes to practice with that attitude He brings that He demands from the rest of the defense -- and Richard Tommy. And those guys are doing a good job.
