Without its first how did you find out about this news that -- -- has been fired. You know I received a few text messages and phone calls early in the morning and I read a few over a minute I got up and you know decided that I need to check the Internet and it did so you know just all of my achievements and there was able all over the place. Analyze your reaction to this -- Bob -- you know I IA. I can't say that it was a total shock or surprise. You know but one thing's for sure losing sucks and winning covers up mistakes. And when you don't win. You know a lot of things come to light and you know maybe not necessarily. You know performance by a player. And so you don't heads are gonna roll. Things trickled downhill and -- it's a lot easier to get rid of one guy that it is 25 and you know -- fortunate the ball ball was in the position to take the fall. And I hear surgery -- -- you're not able to be with the team right now that you saw have a pulse on what's going on in the clubhouse and you're keeping in touch with your teammates as they've been writing this losing skid. What what is the clubhouse like right now. -- you know it's just steroids it's all ought to put it instead and so you know you just don't know why you just don't have an answer that. That's really cliche to say in sports across the board already changed or general. When things are going well it's hard to really put a pin drop without being somebody that's casting blame. So when you look at a group -- -- guys who are note the ultimate professionals tried to get their work in -- dale I think it just speaks more to in the game of baseball and we can play a game of inches you know sometimes you get to where they are sometimes you get a murder not. And I just right now more times than not -- where it right at people and and we're just not. No maybe not making -- making the plays that we need to make a big -- that we need to make that. You know when you don't hit you don't pitch if you don't do either but the same time to find yourself and -- breakfast. And he'd just take it into the clubhouse what was the players relationship with Bob -- how would you describe him as a man. Well you know what he's very he's a guy who was. It was a -- it was so I figured into the numbers you know you like a lot of statistics in terms of books in terms of I think what was going to. Going to be dictated to compete -- a lot of times. Know too much credit curveball defense. On the game of baseball will dictate itself -- Runners on to score the game and healthy should be done you know after that match you have personnel wise I just got that's where -- that's where each manager brings his -- -- -- game. But there but what I think regardless of cruised out the help we have a clubhouse for guys who are ready to come to work every day and just -- you know what just being reported in the right direction. So having said that does this move bringing in Bob Melvin now instead of Bob area and can the Jays turned things around and make this a winning season. We're actually no doubt we can turn it around I mean you know we're not even at the break yet. And we're gonna learn a lot about ourselves as achieve more -- about a lot but we're we're a lot about our partners skipper you know the guy who's right the ship now. And you know hopefully we can adapt to him He can adapt and we can we can get you know objected to winning recipe a formula together just kind of take off I mean there's no doubt. Do we have the talent the ability to do so just a matter of putting it altogether and can put the total total the other. And wanna ask you because you're what today's players to right now fortunately is struggling with injuries and we've seen that the last few years with the eighth. I'm wondering is this this streak of bad but this is just coincidental it happens -- in your opinion just how nights. Ken who has me any gene have an effect on the players are getting injured and not just in Europe -- We don't know no I mean you know what -- you wake up every day -- a matter of you know taking care of your body to an extent and then after that you know it literally is just God's will. You while you try to perform to the best of your ability gain -- And if you put yourself in position. -- to be healthy and to be able to do so. After that you just have to play the game and what happens happens. You know that there was -- there was a transition made intriguing. The training staff. Which fit which has just been coming to an absolute treat to deal with the -- Credible double edged sword like people that are also didn't feel that you don't ever feel like helped working with those people. And unfortunately. I am one that has been working with the pretty -- also so but as far as the manager dictating more or. Had a huge impact on a player's physical performance or physical ability or whether or not -- I I feel like -- Know what the the footwork to control the weather I don't all the to a particular goal by the or injury. Wells that and I know you are a Twitter. Follower and He is tonight your -- treats to -- by Chansi Rob Bowen street earlier today. I I did not make did you know -- and -- whether it is you know they they got restriction -- and. Yeah outlook just it like it now looks like He may be different a little bit with -- use that He does that finally they aides have realized -- as a strike it doesn't pitcher's careers. And doesn't have a clue how to manage a big league club. How are you know what. Yet those are those are very strong words from from a big strong individual big boat that's for sure. But you know what -- so obviously we're all entitled to a -- and it's a matter of how we how we adjust and move on from here as the -- you know you can make economic lay blame. Like I said it's easy to point fingers when things are going right because there's a multitude of reasons that that that are prevalent and to impart to your. Failures but. You know what you move on to a good to a new guy come in the we jump on his back to follow him and and we ride this thing out and you know what hopefully stamina in. And I think that the fans are hoping to see from the grainy -- thank you so much Dallas for joining us and we hope to see you back at the coliseum or -- there. Thank -- you guys took.
