-- soccer to be exact and then women's premiere pro soccer league getting underway. Just a weaker dollar they'll play here tonight the Bay Area Brees and from the barrier Brees. Corey Alexander joins us toward the goal keeper for the very reason one your first game and that's the good news. Tell us first -- all about this league are -- -- about there's sixteen teams in this league as a big league. Biggest thing in -- -- actually technically so it's all over the US sidekick has -- wherever your -- And both professionals and amateurs get to the -- -- that's called -- to professional teams start in this season our team here based -- a double and how -- do you -- doubled high school and then Orange -- as a team as well so those two -- the the -- start professional teams in their racism -- and -- -- very good players on your ticket less than around for a long time national national player in the Olympic team in need for -- believe so. -- -- Yeah yeah that's the gold medalist and -- World Cup champions an international player from Iceland. I'm got a pretty diverse roster so it's definitely it's fun to watch on see the different the group played together so different this. Out in our -- and when the American women won the World Cup and it really captured the fancy I think everybody and and to be honest I really thought. That your game was the potential at that point for whatever reason would take him on my finger on it never did because it's a great show but I like the idea that you're playing. I don't wanna -- a small town because doubles not -- -- small town has been so much a part of the area of 4000 stadium seems just about right and and I expect your. We're gonna expect the Phillies. Hopefully that's that's the plan downward definitely were startup teams are trying to get the word out so. You know it's and it's a new team are trying to get people tonight with an area of the east they have this hot but for soccer the sport you know everyone in the east and the going to play you know -- -- nationally -- It's got great great community in the kids come out and a lot of -- coached locally -- -- build those relationships and it just a great place that that put on a Saturday and it's an -- that we should that you're coaching California and I am I think Californians. College College Soccer again you know I mean there's been such an upswing is certainly youth soccer. College Soccer now do you plan on national champion team with you received Portland and again people are sitting up taking notice who size and athletic. Now it definitely it's an easy is it into different game and and and a lot of times it's we play different styles not as aggressive necessarily but. It's a -- to spectator sport as far as the possession can just it's beautiful game the way. The way it's played in this He truly appreciate the sport and it's no we're gonna like what would take. Do you think to really get that the nation's attack and his big in Europe it's to get Asia and a lot of players over there and and make a pretty good living but. Why not here. And that's the that's the question -- -- trying to solve and so you know where it went -- given up where it definitely got a great ownership team that you know determined to make it work and so I think. The from the point of this league it's kind of regional -- did so by having us you know we don't travel as much that we stand local markets that we build community and you know for example you know our next games eleventh we play as a -- night -- so you know there's only a thirty minute drive away but. Hopefully their fan base comes on supports them develop high school and our fan base comes on hopes you know create that community and ticket prices are going ten dollars for adults five for kids so it's definitely an affordable. Stanley events -- it's on the weekend. It's a good deal -- thanks so much take the timing journalists and I'll I'll tell everybody out there once -- -- M 6 o'clock at Dublin high school lists us Saturday night. Against the Orange County waves and then on Sunday at -- back to back games for them than. You play the San Diego sea Lions and two games. A dominant guys who go up and watching.
