But He wants to be in the coaching decision He wants to be in the player personnel decisions he's a gym rat. He told me about Monta Ellis when He was a sophomore Lanier high school and Jackson Mississippi that this kid's going to be -- player. That's scooter rider that is going to be if you look at where and He He does have this passion He wants to be and I think. They should give area as much free range and they've bought the most incredible insurance policy -- next -- and you definitely have to give. Joseph and Peter a lot of credit for doing my my sense is that they will give him a free -- that's why he's here. Well He doesn't -- that He doesn't and results that He does not abide fools easily and Jerry has opinions on everything. And everybody. In the -- and and he's not afraid to express. Yeah -- it's it's it's a little bit awkward because they can't just come out and say well he's going to be the guy I mean for small -- of got a huge ego and is always remind people much He knows about the game they've got a general manager they've got a general manager in waiting in Bob Myers. It's going to be interesting when they make that first big move what's to say they did trade Monta Ellis local. It was the driving force behind that and if that bombs who takes the blame you know as that is it's all very vague but I agree -- any but to me Jerry West gets that the key vote. Yeah I think the other positives and I heard Jerry talking about the fact that that He and Ervin Johnson used to have summer camp and it for adults. And Joseph Laker played on Jerry -- team in one of these summer camps in Hawaii. And He and He added that you know -- always got a good players came off I got stolen golf into Jerry must've seen something it yeah I think it. It's Kobe Jerry West he's a lot enjoy command and Peter -- is very impressed by that -- them. And that that's can only be good. The likes of passion and a and He has his own litmus test because Jerry's offered jobs all the time. In a lot of different formats and in this case He can be back and forth He has his global entity that that He can access talent. And I think it is going to be exciting as heck the only thing that I'm concerned about is the labor negotiation. And not being able to it's you know access what Jerry West can bring in this positive enthusiasm that -- Peter of created. That would really top I think the great intangible that He has and again I Harken back to -- new -- field at the same thing not an ability to identify talent. I think He does that is good or better than anybody ever received. And He paints outside the lines not mean he's not then we're gonna do it this way He sees stuff like the great ones before it happens. And in other shades then other people look at the he's not afraid of failing -- defense and some -- there and you had them in Memphis -- -- custodians my friend you know Brian Cardinal. You know heat He got blamed for the how to deal. Michael nicely did that deal now Michael nicely after the big smile on as far as again has made a million mistakes he's a total genius who have never. The Warriors have the pieces but they have to get to have better basketball team or none of this is really gonna matter.
