Obviously I got so many think use before I even get into the game but first of all. My thoughts and prayers what I feel goes Carol Davis. Mark Davis first and foremost. Coach's family and then on to the raider organization. For the opportunity that they give immediately these men. I know coach right now by saying you get -- it was going on you'd Begin after about right now. By the way we play but he'd be happy because we won the game. And I think my players. One thing I think this truly become that is our players believe that if you just keep playing and keep working at a that He eventually good things that happen so. I'm very happy for the young man. Obviously the other day it was a tough day. But I can see the gleam in their eyes what gonna stop fighting. And we truly honestly believe that coaches -- here with us today I believe that whole heartedly. It was a tough night for me. But I guess people I can lean on -- tracks. Mark Davis Eddie Anderson or people my confidence that I can always talk to and trust with any and everything. And they've been there for me and bodies it was just just when -- and that's what we did today so. There's so many like I said emotions that I felt before the game and told the team that I want to talk too much. -- just -- we need to play I mean the game was coming up and down. The defense fought their tails off we couldn't find a way to make a play in the first half and we just kept at it you know just kept -- you just keep searching. And one thing coach always taught me He says if you don't believe employees believe in players and He eventually players only place where and that's what I did I -- -- -- -- that -- time. Believe in your players not the plays and gave it to Darren -- start making a few -- and Mary's that's -- -- -- team. Offensively and and things started to change and again we go we got some work to do we understand that. But to be three in two and head home for three games three big games at deal. When our fans. Very proud this group of men in looking forward to keep coaching this team and taken to what we need. I think about now and gain. I can't tell you the conversations I've had with him on so many different topics football. Just getting these guys to to play his vision for this football team. I know with this team needs him a note this coaching staff disorganization. Him. And them -- Connie had octane. Obviously winning. 'cause I was never like that -- about winning period not so much one on track now. Is when because we expect -- Raiders and that's just the way we this is a new beginning for this football team. We truly believe and we expect to win. We don't care of their -- -- don't care of their pretty we just we don't care you know our number one purpose and we plays to win and that's what we're all about obviously. We all had coached -- -- hearts today. But he's an ordinary hard every day give me a lot in that the reward for all of this is when. It's nothing else the less -- that more. It. S.'s get you know there's no -- that this is this football team. Trust me wanna take this is coach davis' football team and I'm just getting the opportunity. To run it you know to lead and so everything I do. Is what every dog I mean I haven't listened to him on so many different occasions about our players and what our players need to do what they can with the can't do. And that's going to be my eyes -- as I continue to go through the season I know. With these guys can do and I know how He sees these guys and that's how we gonna approach it. It looks like this there's many times in the past that a team like this in this stadium stopped -- You guys all know that. When -- stop fighting I don't care what situations. We're never going to. What we're about excellent in that's what I mean by the new beginning we've we've let a couple slip off or fingers this year you know. It's not an how many touchdowns you throw or run on the interception you get about making plays when your team needs you the most and our players Rose up and made those plays. And we victorious because. Who -- -- -- is like my heart about the style that's what it was like you know but it goes back to the same thing if you just keep believing. And have faith in me today it was a game of fate you just keep plugging away but it was tough I mean that's what pro football there is -- I said this things easy. As hard as it's a hard sport and me as a part business that I chose that we all chose that. If you just keep talking as I say good things happen and eventually get Michael Huff. I might go out and practice all week of a couple plays in there He makes on the biggest plays in the game. And we trust them we trust I trust my players I've truly truly do that they will make the plays when it's time to rise up and make them and we did. It. Well they did a good job I mean -- obviously that was and their focus the whole week I mean I got to do a better job on the first Italian. They did a good job kudos to them they got to slow down probably most of any team has a long time. And I give them a lot of credit over that He did but at the end of the day. -- made some fantastic rounds in the second half they gave us a chance to go finish this game I mean we had some. Other things that happened from the community and the communication standpoint that we need to get better -- But for the most part I mean I think they get a good job in the end I think our players finally get it.
