All good -- this case and how he goes about his business but I think we're off to a good start. An easy bumps are. To -- you do. He was able to do a lot and even then I need to correct. I made some plays I mean he knows is offense is slow different things here and there but I think he understands what we need to get. Get accomplished is good to have him out here I think he's good presence for the football team right there. Yeah I think you'll. Well that's the one thing nobody taking taking herself in great shape and I have always known that he came out here. Guess it worked out extremely well came practice today and practice the way I expected him practice so. He's a god knows I think everybody. Understands how to play game at this level of the pro level so funny he's fine for me endurance standpoint. The roster moves they're -- It. Was just again I mean when you look at it again the young receivers on our football team to me of future of this franchise. And so it's it's making sure about those guys I know what they're going to be I know that I continue to grow so I'd make a decision. To let -- go at this time. Because again I know what TJ is no word normal offense I think this guy can really do a good job of helping us accomplish the goal there but also mentoring him. That's he has ability in the slot to -- really can play every you know I. A player that I worked out yesterday is still yet still some of the characteristics that he had when I coached. So I obviously he's a little older you know -- more -- you know there but he knows how to play game and exciting it. Nine I tell the guys that wasn't -- in -- -- and good luck to him and wish him well but I obviously I know this -- I coached and I know what he is I know he brings to the table I know exactly when on the -- and so that's that's why. We'll witness it happening here -- couldn't hold of them and it's completely. That's that's true again that's that's what I know is that's the play you just described as what he is he won't make. Contact catches and I mean he knows how to do it he's done as well as anybody in this league in that position. And he's made some crucial plays in certain situations so that's what I expect to get from the gentleman. Darren your back is there anything more you run out the interior. He knows his teammates he's kind of ruled the Eagles would have offenses -- what needs to be. So now there's a lot of confidence come from him to the players and I think that's what the players since morning. I think he will you know because grow quickly here you'll just office would be just like second nature to him and then. On go you know that's just like anything it takes a minute it is. But then these guys. You know people forget that I had a relationship but yeah I coached him. And I know exactly what is so this wasn't cars -- I did and those guys now that once I said this is what I wanted to did you say coach what -- forget. Pretty good deal yet but he didn't he never came in Newsday he needed to get on this football team that's been my decision. I ticket to the powers that be within this organization said this is what I think we need to do in order to continue to get a little bit better. That was hard for me to -- obvious person to -- you guys like Derek Hagan has done a great job unbelievable job -- -- -- -- -- run to the table but again. I can -- a -- that can make us a little bit better. And at the quarterback has them build familiarity when somebody -- that's gonna help make us a little bit better and and in today that's what I have to do as a head coach. You've used him on the -- you believe -- me yet. Because at that time what we was the conversation of me coaches had. We want to make sure that we -- our numbers and again like I said those guys -- the foundation of this organization we continue to move forward and that's like it change so at that time. And all of a sudden as I can look at our football team or we are saying hey here's a guy I think can help us now that will hold different situation and that's why do -- -- Yeah absolutely. And I think how -- somebody you can really look to second show you a little bit of Abu -- what it's like being a pro in this league week in and week out day in and day out I think will make a differences football. You know I honestly I don't think there is no place in the national football and everybody says that this is a big game this week would be a big game five days after that. The bottom line is we got a couple. You know this city this organization so I was disappointed but I think that the players understand you know it was one but you know it's not that game it's not gonna determine our season. This game Wimbledon you know is on to the next one here we go right back in our home stadium and hopefully have a tactical. You know we're looking forward the plan and that's what we -- -- mean you can't. Get too high when you when you get into oh absolutely had to stay consistent and we got nine games to earn -- muscle -- -- -- it. Well you know they've done a great job and rightfully so maybe one or girl and I. My hat goes off it's not really not about every situation there. You know our situation wasn't. Or -- that what we need to do if they consistently successful. You know and we've got some guys injured guys have never heard me complain about this next -- -- on the -- What was on it was like and that's what the Raiders do what we need to do is get our football team was world physically on game. And I think that's the most important factor we -- No we have a tough decision about their hate because of what these guys eight guys worked hard we've done a tremendous job. And he he would you know he's a very valuable member of this football by the end of the day like I said this is a business I think we that he does too.
