All right so will be a busy offseason for Jim Harbaugh and part of that offseason and falls Alex Smith and what a date he had he is a big hitter off the tees. But he's so soft in the short game as well Alex Smith does it all. At least when he said towards the greens he does in the season he had a great year for the 49ers remember a year ago most niner fans just. Well they want anything to do with Alex Smith now he is absolutely -- -- I sat down -- Alex Smith. Earlier today. Is he as competitive out here when he's on the Green or when he's on the tee box and no really. Everyone that is what I want to put him on the football field and that's a pretty unique place you know it. This is I mean even do with a little bit we do -- offices still. Different scenario to he had to get out there as you're ready to tee off and that you on the shoulder pads we didn't do it around we probably should have made that would help us a little more and we've we've played pretty good today just. You know. Picked up by her teammates that's you know what the veterans that took over that Wright did a sneaky -- you know they got him more time -- off -- -- retirement. You've been busy recently they've been playing golf anymore and again -- thing going on a question -- what's -- what's scarier -- that third and -- at candlestick. Or is it standing over a putt from about ten feet here I'll see what's better about third and long counts it is at least you have people yelling and you know the football field is not dead silence you get -- you get what you get on these greens in the tee boxes and is dead silent and that silence is loud you know it is that in over a four -- so. That's that's of an ability only it's a competitive edge I know it's quite they respected. After a great year. -- disappoint finishing have a great year how do you prepare for the next year if they -- take a little time off you know. Can take my wife and had signs somewhere you know they put up just they put up so much in this season you know you're putting so much time in and they carry so much of that. The household burden especially my wife so but figured it to a little bit here in the next few weeks but it really you know it. For me it's all about strengthening your weaknesses you know getting better -- really analyzing where you need to get better being honest with yourself. You know as a player and then as a team you know both those areas so. That's that's what happened here in these you know the next coming weeks he went dead at your status as what you gotta get back got to get back to be in the -- you gotta be a dead isn't all that and how does it feel that people cheering your name as opposed to. Maybe. Maybe sometimes -- What was going on dad after here I mean -- -- -- a question you know I always I've always felt supported. In the Bay Area everywhere I go I know I've always -- Felt that support but. It's understandable and I'm I'm I'm a sports fan you know and and when when your team struggle when it's frustrating so it's a wet. You know I don't think I'll ever forget. The two home games at the stick the two playoff games -- and what that atmosphere was like what the fans are like and that's you lead of the game my teammates aren't a -- Australia back to. You know get back to that environment because it was special. And you know would you say today -- you don't want anything else.
